Every week we publish a number of investment homes (5 to 20 properties) in DFW Metroplex that have been preselected by our experts meeting tough criteria for:


1. Property must meet the 65% to 75% Rule
Every week our experts analyze about 300 to 400 foreclosed properties placed in the market by the government and banks. We are looking to find only those deals that are within our guidelines. The properties must meet the 65% to 75% rule of (ARV) After Repair Value minus repair costs. From these properties we extract the deals that can be bought at huge discounts. From all these properties we take about 5 to 20 and do further analysis.

2. We create a specialized general rehab budget for each property
This budget is created for experts in the Rehab business. Each property is analyzed for structural integrity, capital improvements and appearance. A general list is prepared and attached to each property Report.

Every property comes with a BPO (Brokers Price Opinion) done by a Real estate Expert that must be licensed by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission).
