  • Sale of the Property; price the property at market value or above

OWNER FINANCE
There are several techniques to do owner finance and these techniques can be mixed with each other.

  • A MUST; The Investor must create a valuable note and that means going through the right underwriting.
  • The Investor may sale the note through the secondary market. A well created note will increase the value of the note.
  • The investor may choose to keep the note to receive passive income
